Services are scheduled by appointment only. In order to accommodate your preferred appointment time, we ask that you schedule with as much advance notice as possible. All appointments are reserved with a credit or debit card.
All massage therapy services require at least 48 hours advance cancellation notice. We are happy to reschedule your session at no charge with 48+ hours notice. Failure to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in a 50% session charge. Failure to cancel and reschedule in less than 48 hours of your appointment time will result in a full payment charge.
If you are late to your appointment more than 15 minutes, it will be under the therapist’s discretion whether your appointment will be kept within the remaining time or will need to be rescheduled. In the event of rescheduling your appointment due to late arrival, a 50% session cost will be charged.
Not showing up for an appointment will result in a full session charge.
